No wait period for second post-licensing exam

The Florida Real Estate Commission removed the 30 day wait requirement when students fail the end of course exam for post licensing education. The licensee can now retake the final exam immediately. The exam must be different. The student can retake the final exam only once. This rule became effective March 25, 2018.
